Confident I wasn’t really by the end, mainly due to software

Throughout my experience with the WFHI software, I was hopeful that by the end I would feel confident using it in my routine, but that hope gradually wore thin. Initially, the sign-up and payment procedure was clear and painless, and the training sessions seemed well structured. But once I began to actually use the calling tools and dialer, I faced repeated software glitches that slowed me down. The database integration didn’t always sync properly, making it harder for me to maintain an up-to-date contact list. Automatic updates sometimes altered settings unexpectedly, which added an additional layer of frustration. Telephonic support was reachable but often gave generic answers which didn’t fully resolve my concerns, leaving me uncertain about missing crucial steps or making mistakes. One part that stood out was the disputed reliability of the dialer feature – it crashed or froze irregularly, especially during peak hours, which eroded my trust in the system’s dependability. The invoicing was straightforward enough, but that couldn’t compensate for feeling stuck because of software hang-ups. By the end of the trial period, I felt unsure if I had truly mastered the interface or if lingering problems would resurface and complicate daily use. Despite the clear training and decent support availability, the recurring technical issues overshadowed everything else and left me lacking confidence to continue relying on this platform for consistent workflow.
