Not Ideal for People with Fixed, Limited Hours
I signed up hoping the software would handle the specific hours I work remotely, but it fell short in that regard. While the onboarding flow itself was reasonably straightforward, I found that the scheduling and dialer tools did not sync well with my work hours, which are quite fixed and somewhat unusual. The automatic updates seemed to cater more to general use cases rather than custom schedules, which made it inconvenient. I also thought the database feature might help manage contacts efficiently within those restricted hours, but it felt more generic and not tailored to my needs. On the positive side, telephonic support was accessible and willing to listen, although their solutions didn't fully address my timing concerns. The payment and invoicing process went smoothly without complications, which was a relief. I think this platform might suit users whose workflows are more flexible or typical in work-day timing, but if you have specific hour constraints like mine, you could get frustrated. Overall, it didn't feel optimized for how I actually had to organize work calls and tasks throughout the day. The training did offer good insights into using the software features but couldn't compensate for these core limitations. If rigid hours are critical to you, this might not be the best match, though others might find it more functional.
