When it finally clicked, things could’ve been easier
I have to say, hunting down exactly what I needed from the software and training offer wasn’t the smoothest first experience I’ve had. Navigating through the sales and pre-purchase information felt like I’d already been down that road too many times before, like I was explaining things I shouldn’t have to repeat aloud. There was a moment when I genuinely thought I figured out the path to onboarding, but then the tools themselves—especially the calling and dialer features—weren’t laid out as simply as I would’ve hoped. Searching for database management features took longer than it should, and automatic updates only sometimes helped clarify what was what. The payment and invoicing procedures were straightforward enough to get by, but the whole package left me feeling like it’s pretty usable if you’re patient, not something you can just pick up and run with immediately. Customer service on the phone was accessible but didn’t really solve the weariness I felt after the initial learning curve, so I can see why someone might hesitate to come back for the next step. It eventually clicked that this software fits certain flows well, so the training helped fill in gaps. Still, I’m left thinking maybe I’ll need some extra help next time to avoid the same time drain in the beginning.
