Starting with the conclusion, I found the WFHI software fairly balanced in terms of ease of use and complexity. While some aspects worked smoothly right away, others required quite a bit of figuring out on my own. For example, the initial process to access the features was straightforward, but customizing the dialer and integrating it with my database took longer than I had expected. There wasn't a lot of direct guidance or walkthroughs for these parts, so I had to explore menus and try settings by trial and error during the onboarding. On the plus side, the automatic updates seemed to keep improving stability without disturbing ongoing work, which I appreciated. However, certain functions in the software, like the call logging and performance reports, weren’t as clearly explained, meaning I had to search through help articles outside the training sessions. Telephonic support was available but felt limited; their assistance was polite though sometimes generic, and I ended up resolving several issues myself. Payments and invoicing were handled efficiently — the sign-up was smooth, and invoices arrived promptly without any hassles. Overall, it felt like a mixed bag where the basics are user-friendly but advanced features need more in-app guidance. I can see potential in the platform; it just demands some patience and extra effort to get all the parts running together well.
