Training was okay but onboarding? Not really user-friendly
Hey yaar, so I recently tried the training and onboarding process here, and honestly, it was a mixed bag compared to what I've used before. The training modules felt kind of basic and sometimes repetitive, which was annoying because I was expecting something a bit more tailored to remote workflows. They had these video tutorials and documents, but some parts were explained too quickly, and it felt like they assumed I already knew some stuff. Onboarding was confusing too - signing up was straightforward, sure, but getting the setup right took more trial and error than I'd have liked. Plus, the database integration part was a bit buggy; it didn't sync smoothly with what I already had. The dialer was pretty okay though, worked fine throughout the week without major issues. What I really appreciated was that the telephonic support was easy to reach and generally helpful, at least when I called. Still, the overall flow was slower than expected, and I kept wishing for a clearer step-by-step guide that matched my pace. The automatic updates sometimes changed things unexpectedly, which threw me off a bit. So yeah, I can't say the training and onboarding blew me away, but at least the support helped with some glitches.
