Worked through the software mostly myself, and ended up satisfied
I spent quite some time navigating the WFHI platform on my own, setting up the dialer and digging into the database features with minimal prior guidance. Initially, I was a bit hesitant because the software has many layers and options, but I appreciated the controls available. The automatic updates rolled out smoothly and didn’t disrupt any workflows, which was a relief. While I did rely on some training material, a lot of figuring out happened through experimentation and trial. This approach worked because I like understanding tools deeply, though I can see others might want more direct support. In the end, the software fit well into my workflow and helped me maintain reasonable efficiency without having to troubleshoot often or depend heavily on external help. So the outcome is that I feel capable and satisfied with what I accomplished independently using WFHI.
