The effort to just get started was exhausting
I tried to follow the steps to access the software, but everything felt out of order and confusing. It seemed like I had to jump between different screens without proper guidance, which made the whole onboarding frustrating. Honestly, I expected a simpler flow that would help me get set up quickly, but each step felt disconnected and made the process drag on much longer than it should have. I wasted quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to actually sign in after payment. The lack of clear sequencing was definitely the biggest obstacle for me here, and it honestly put me off using the platform altogether.
