I started using WFHI expecting a smooth process based on the descriptions I read before buying. Unfortunately, the onboarding was more complicated than I anticipated, and the training sessions didn’t clear up my doubts as much as I hoped. The sign-up and payment process were fairly straightforward, which I appreciated, but beyond that, the software’s dialer tool was glitchy at times. Automatic updates sometimes altered features without much warning, which impacted my workflow negatively. On the positive side, telephonic support was responsive when I reached out, though solutions took time to implement. The database feature is useful but wasn’t as intuitive as I thought it would be, meaning I spent extra time figuring it out on my own. Overall, it doesn’t fully match my expectations given what was promised, and I found several parts frustrating compared to other tools I’ve tried before. That’s why I’m giving it a modest two stars despite the decent support and payment process.
