Hours match well enough, with one thing standing out
When I first signed up and went through the onboarding steps, I was specifically looking to see if the software would fit well with the hours I typically work. On the positive side, the automatic updates meant I rarely had to interrupt my day to check for new features or settings. That part felt good because it seemed to keep pace with changes without much input from me. However, I did find it a bit confusing when the calling tools registered calls outside my stated working hours, which I was not expecting and which seemed off to me. It meant I was sometimes getting notifications at odd times. So overall, this worked somewhat but also had this one standout issue that felt like it could have been better managed. The sign-up and payment steps were clear enough, but that odd timing during my work hours is what I remember most because it impacted how I planned my day around WFHI software use.
