That moment I realized it wasn’t what I expected
I had this impression that the software would be much more user-friendly and intuitive when I signed up. Initially, I thought setting up the database feature would be a breeze because of the documentation and demo videos, but it turned out to be a little more complicated than I anticipated. The dialer was functional, but didn’t fully meet my expectations on the calling tools front; I felt the interface was a bit clunky and not quite in sync with how I wanted to manage remote workflows. The onboarding felt somewhat disjointed, as if it was rushed through without addressing some core access-related issues I faced. I appreciate that there were automatic updates, but it didn’t feel like they significantly improved the initial hurdles I encountered. The invoicing and payment process was fine, smooth and straightforward, so at least that part didn’t add to the complexity. There was this one moment when I really had hoped a feature would work as promised, and it just didn’t click for me, making me rethink if the overall software matched my idea going in. While the support team was available over calls, the responsiveness was variable, which didn’t help much to clear my doubts quickly. To sum up, the software has its merits but did not fully align with what I expected upfront, especially on the ease of access and integration into my existing processes.
