When I first started with the software, I had assumed that most features would be plug and play, but it turned out I needed to explore quite a bit on my own. The initial onboarding was straightforward, but after that, figuring out the finer points of the database and dialer tools took a fair bit of trial and error. There weren’t many guides for some of the lesser-known functions, so I found myself relying on some trial runs and a few calls to telephonic support. Although the help was generally available when I rang them up, they didn’t always have quick answers, which meant some issues took extra time to resolve. Automatic updates sometimes changed layouts, which caused a need to adapt suddenly. The sign-up and payment system ran smoothly without hassle, which was a relief. Overall, I’d say the software offers a lot but be prepared to invest effort in understanding how exactly it fits your specific remote workflow needs. It’s not completely hands-off, so the amount of self-learning involved was notable compared to what I expected.
