The moment the labels didn’t click as expected
Before signing up, I expected the sales material and onboarding labels to be straightforward and aligned with standard software terms. Initially, that was true — I understood the general flow and features like the dialer and database were described clearly. However, as I progressed through training, some terms and labels didn’t make immediate sense or felt ambiguous compared to other systems I’ve used. For example, the naming convention for certain calling tool settings wasn’t intuitive, which caused me to hesitate about how to configure them properly. On the positive side, this gave me a chance to learn more thoroughly about the functionality during the training, which was thorough and thoughtful. Nonetheless, the instance where the terms didn’t match my expectations made me pause and reconsider some features, even if only briefly. It was reassuring when support clarified these differences, but that moment highlighted a gap between the initial sales language and the practical terminology users encounter. I believe with a little adjustment to the wording and better alignment in the training content, the onboarding experience could become clearer and more user-friendly overall.
