Clear results, but had to figure out a lot myself
I ended up with a working system after days of navigating through the software features. The onboarding and training phases offered foundational guidance, but much of the advanced setup I had to work out on my own. From organizing the database to configuring the dialer for my specific workflow, I often needed to experiment before things clicked. The automatic updates introduced new tools that weren’t immediately documented, so I spent time understanding how they impacted my existing setup. Sign-up and payment processes were straightforward, and telephonic support answered my questions well, though occasionally responses felt a bit generic. I appreciate that some parts came ready to use, but I expected more structured help for the more technical elements. Overall, I gained a functional remote workflow system, but it required personal effort to fully harness its capabilities.
