Labels and phrasing were mostly clear
The sales process and pre-purchase details on WFHI's platform were surprisingly straightforward, which helped me get started without much hassle. The way the software features were described made it easier to understand exactly what I was signing up for. I appreciated how the pricing and invoice explanations were clearly laid out, which avoided any confusion about payment obligations. One thing that could improve is the terminology used for some of the software modules; at first, it seemed a bit technical and could confuse someone not familiar with such systems. Also, some labels within the initial sign-up did not fully match their function, which caused a slight pause before proceeding. Despite these small hiccups, the overall communication was effective enough to make me feel fairly confident in my decision. The onboarding training gave me just the right amount of detail to get going, even though it could benefit from slightly less jargon. I would say the sales and pre-purchase interaction was positive, with room to make the wording even clearer for new users.
