Would I do it again? The sales process wasn’t exactly hand-held
When I first looked into the software, I expected the sales and pre-purchase process to be more guided. I was anticipating a much more personal walkthrough or some clear pre-purchase advice on which features would best suit my needs. Instead, I found that I had to do a significant amount of figuring out on my own, comparing features and terms by reading through the available materials. It wasn’t poorly done, but it did feel like a lot to digest without direct support. This made me cautious, and I spent more time than I’d have liked in the pre-purchase phase. That said, I do believe I would consider doing it all again because once I signed up, the software itself and the onboarding training made up for those initial uncertainties. I appreciate having the independence to research on my own, but some extra guidance upfront would make the whole experience smoother and less misleading about what to expect.
