Setup took longer than I expected, but mostly smooth after that
I started by going through the onboarding process with WFHI’s software and training. The initial setup was quite time consuming—I had to figure out how to properly configure the database feature alongside setting up the dialer, which wasn’t completely straightforward. Most steps felt one-time, but I wasn’t sure if some parts needed to be revisited regularly or if there were ongoing adjustments to make. I found the support team helpful on calls when I got stuck, but sometimes I wished they were a bit quicker in responding. That said, once I got past the initial setup, the automatic updates kicked in smoothly, and I didn’t have to worry about applying patches or fixes. The training materials helped me grasp the remote workflows well enough to proceed without constant assistance. Payment and invoicing were straightforward, and signing up was easy enough, although I thought the billing cycle could have been explained in more detail up front. Really, it felt like a big upfront investment of time followed by less frequent maintenance. Reflecting on it, I could have used a little more clarity around what parts of the process would stay the same and what needed ongoing attention. Overall, the experience was positive, but the time investment did stand out to me as a factor to consider when getting started.
