Managed to get support but had to figure out quite a bit myself
I’ve had a mixed experience with the support and communication aspect of this software. While I did eventually get to the outcome I was aiming for, it took a fair amount of self-attempt and figuring things out on my own before the support team could properly assist me. The phone support was there, but not always immediate or as clear as I would have liked. Because of this, I often had to rely on online guides and sometimes trial and error to get some features functioning well. However, I must say the communication was polite and helpful once I got through to the right channels. The dialer tool and database management required multiple tries and patience to understand how to fully utilize them without running into bugs or confusion. I was mildly enthusiastic during the process, appreciating the things that did work well despite these hiccups. It was somewhat satisfying to solve some of the issues myself, though I wished the documentation was a little more user-friendly. By the end, I reached a stable working setup, which implies a decent outcome. Though the navigation was not seamless, I still found the experience valuable overall because it aided me in adapting to remote workflows with some persistence. This balanced, somewhat encouraging journey reflects the typical challenges of adopting new software at home.
