Overall, I found the telephonic support helpful but noticed some repetition in explanations. Often, when I called with an issue, the person on the other side went through the same standard instructions I had already tried. Waiting times were generally short, which is good, and the support team was polite, but the repeated guidance made the process feel longer than necessary. It stood out because I expected support to move forward by building on previous conversations, instead of reiterating basics. This was the main frustration; otherwise, their communication was straightforward and they were able to resolve most problems after a few attempts.
