Support was good when I actually needed help
When I first started using the WFHI software, I found that a lot of things I could figure out on my own thanks to the comprehensive onboarding videos and help material. That meant I rarely had to contact support, which was both good and a bit frustrating because some answers were a little buried in technical jargon. The times I did reach out telephonically, the support agents were patient and helpful, guiding me through the issues without making assumptions about what I did or didn’t know. While the communication was clear and effective during calls, I would have appreciated more step-by-step instructions in the software interface itself to minimize support calls. Still, having access to priority assistance was a relief when I hit a snag with the dialer setup. Problems with call quality were resolved quickly once I reported them. Overall, the balance between figuring things out independently and having expert help available worked well for me, though there’s room for a bit more proactive communication in the software. So I ended up feeling satisfied but aware that I invested some extra time in self-troubleshooting.
