Frustrating lack of clarity throughout

When I first signed up for the software, the promise was that everything would be clearly explained to make my remote workflow easy to manage. Initially, the onboarding videos and manuals seemed thorough and well-organized, which gave me some hope that this would be a smooth process. However, I quickly found that many aspects were confusing, and crucial details were glossed over or buried in dense jargon that didn’t really help. The dialer tool, which is central to my use case, came with so little context that I couldn’t figure out if I was using it correctly. Reaching out to telephonic support offered mixed results; sometimes they’d explain things well enough, but other times I felt like I had to keep pushing just to get a straightforward answer. Invoicing and payment processes were generally okay, but the frustration of repeatedly having to clarify what should have been clear hampered my confidence in the entire package. Automatic updates occasionally changed the UI without notice, which added to my confusion rather than improving usability. Overall, the experience felt like a promise unfulfilled: the initial explanations raised my expectations, but the lack of consistent, clear communication left me more frustrated than helped. The support is there, but it sometimes feels overwhelmed or uncoordinated, leaving me wondering if I’ll ever get the smooth working experience I was hoping for.
