Pre-purchase support failed to cover critical info
My initial dealings with WFHI’s pre-purchase phase left me wanting more clarity, especially when things didn’t initially go as planned. The sales team was polite but missed explaining certain aspects about the software’s compatibility with my equipment, which created confusion. When I raised these issues, I found the response less helpful than expected, almost like the problems were being passed around rather than fixed. I appreciate that the sign-up and payment steps themselves were fairly clear and straightforward; it’s just that the process failed to prepare me adequately for some technical hurdles afterward. I was hoping for a more proactive approach in handling unexpected questions before I committed. A bit more detailed guidance or a trial period could have made a big difference instead of having to navigate the rough patches alone after purchase.
