Overall the process felt a bit just average
Looking back, the experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase communications was moderately mixed. On one hand, the initial explanations about what the software and training would entail were presented clearly enough, especially around the invoicing and sign-up procedure. But then, there were moments during the ongoing process where details felt a little too vague or assumptions made without thorough explanation. My experience with the training portion itself was similarly uneven: some of the material was straightforward, yet other parts left me to figure things out independently. The software’s calling features and dialer mostly worked as expected, but there were times when updates introduced minor glitches that weren’t addressed clearly in the communications. Telephonic support was accessible, though their guidance didn’t always clarify the unclear aspects I encountered. So overall, the whole thing gave me a kind of indifferent feeling—not bad, but far from seamless or impressively clear either. It wasn’t frustrating enough to be negative but lacked a polish that would have made the entire user experience feel more cohesive and confident from start to finish.
