It’s okay, not much better than what I used before
Honestly, WFHI’s pre-purchase and sales experience felt okay but didn’t blow me away. The sign-up was pretty normal and getting the invoice was smooth enough, no major issues there. When I compared their software access setup and tool usability with what I’ve used before, I found it was decent but not significantly better. The database feature worked well, and the dialer was functional, but nothing really stood out as revolutionary. Support was there when I needed it, though responses were sometimes slow. Training was somewhat useful, however the repetition in the modules felt like it could be trimmed down. Automatic updates rolled out regularly, which was expected, but again, nothing new. Overall, if you’ve used similar products, you might find WFHI just average; it’s neither bad nor exceptional. Just a fair option among several in the market, nothing special to get really excited about I’d say.
