The sales process almost clicked but stumbled
Going into the sales and pre-purchase stage, I had expectations based on other platforms I’d trialed before. Usually, I expect a clear prospectus or introduction to features, and a smooth onboarding attempt right from the initial contact. However, with this software, there was some confusion during the preliminary conversations where the explanation wasn't entirely consistent with what I saw in the software interface later on. When I queried these mismatches, the support team was responsive but the help didn’t always feel proactive or deeply informative. That was a bit of a letdown compared to my past experiences where instant resolution was more common. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment procedures were fairly straightforward and error-free, which is a relief when dealing with new subscriptions. Interestingly, the dialer feature functioned well across my trial period, enabling me to test realistic calling patterns without issue. That practical experience gave me confidence in the core product’s capabilities, even if the initial sales explanation was lacking. Despite these ups and downs, I can see the potential benefit, particularly once the onboarding and training resources improve to match user needs. So, while I didn’t get that "Aha" Moment right away during sales, I remain cautiously optimistic that it might fit my workflow with some more refinement from their side.
