The telephonic support was helpful but sometimes I wished for quicker responses. Still, I appreciated the regular automatic updates because those kept things running well without manual intervention. Overall, it felt like a balanced mix of professional tools with approachable training, making me feel like I could rely on it most days even if a few minor roadblocks popped up.
