Satisfied feeling — mostly figured things out myself
Looking back at the training and onboarding experience, I feel quite satisfied with how much I was able to figure out on my own. The initial setup had some instructions, but much of the process required me to explore the software features independently, which turned out to be a good way to learn deeply. The onboarding materials gave me a foundation, yet the trial-and-error approach was necessary to understand how the dialer and database features matched my workflow. Reflecting now, this hands-on method helped me adapt the remote work tools efficiently, and while structured guidance was there, I often relied on self-discovery. I think for users comfortable learning independently, this approach works well, as it encourages a problem-solving mindset. On the other hand, those who prefer detailed handholding might find this less ideal. Overall, I feel the balance between provided training and self-work suited me because it fostered confidence and practical familiarity with the software environment.
