Good fit for serious users, a bit much for casual ones
I came into this expecting some hesitation because I wasn’t sure if the pre-purchase process would feel too sales-heavy or confusing. The reality was much better than I guessed: clear stepwise info, reasonable response times, and a fairly straightforward signup flow. That boosted my confidence quite a bit. However, I got the sense this platform suits people who are ready to commit to remote workflow software seriously. If you’re someone wanting just an easy dialer or a quick setup, you might feel it’s more than you need. The onboarding and training are thorough, but that means it takes some time and effort, which not everyone may want. Compared with alternatives I looked at, WFHI strikes a good balance of detail and clarity. So all in all, I feel positive, but would say it fits best users wanting depth and control rather than those after a casual tool.
