Missing critical features in comparison
I was really disappointed with WFHI compared to what I typically used. The lack of some essential features really affected my workflow. Before, I had a more straightforward platform that dealt with remote project management effectively. Here, tasks like tracking progress seemed cumbersome. The interface is not as intuitive, and I felt like I was fumbling through simple operations. It simply didn’t live up to what I had grown accustomed to in the past. The support during the negotiation process didn’t clear up my doubts either. I was expecting a comprehensive demo that would show me how the software could integrate seamlessly into my routine. Overall, the effort needed to get the software working is too high in comparison. Hopefully, there's an improvement soon or I might need to look elsewhere.
