training hours didn’t really fit my work schedule well
The training part of onboarding started off fine but quickly showed issues with the timing for me. I work in the early mornings and evenings mostly, so the scheduled sessions often didn’t align with my available hours. I also noticed that some of the material required being online live which made it difficult to follow along when I had to skip sessions. The software itself felt okay once I got going, but the onboarding experience wasn’t smooth since it felt like I was missing out on parts. The calling tools and dialer setup needed some trial and error because I couldn’t always attend support calls during their office hours. The database feature worked fine but I had to learn a lot on my own from written guides rather than live help. Overall, I’d say if you have a rigid work schedule like mine, this training might be frustrating because it doesn’t adapt well to your hours. I’d tell a friend it’s a decent system but plan how you’ll manage training time carefully since that can be the biggest hurdle.
