steps felt scattered, I’d warn friends to expect that
Looking back at the sales and pre-purchase experience with this software, the process was not as logically ordered as I hoped. Signing up came before I was fully confident in what the database features could do or how the dialer would fit into my workflow, which left me feeling a bit uncertain at the start. The training and onboarding materials arrived afterwards, so I had to juggle learning while already inside the software environment. It would have been better to have a clearer walkthrough before committing to payment, with more upfront clarity about how calling and support integrate one after the other. The invoicing was straightforward but the sequence of information and tool access didn’t flow naturally in my opinion. I’d tell friends to prepare for some trial and error and to approach the order of workflow setup with care, because it’s easy to miss out on details if you don’t pace yourself. The support line was there but if I hadn’t asked specific questions I think I would have struggled more. Overall, it was a useful service though the procedural structure could do with some changes.
