Honestly, I was setting up the WFHI software for the first time, just trying to get a feel for how the sales and pre-purchase process was explained. From the very start, the labels and wording used in the interface made sense, which was a relief. It didn't feel like I was reading confusing jargon or anything overly technical. The flow of the onboarding was quite straightforward too. However, I did get a bit stuck at one point with the way some options were named; they could have been more intuitive, especially for someone who is new to these tools. Like, the button for accessing the calling dialer could have said "Start Calling" Instead of just "Dial" Because it wasn't immediately obvious what it led to initially. But otherwise, everything else was quite user-friendly. The invoicing labels were clear as well, which helped avoid unnecessary back and forth. I also liked that the automatic updates didn't mess with my workflow, they just happened smoothly in the background. Overall, the wording was got most things right and helped me get running quickly. A bit more clarity in some labels would make it perfect, but it’s a solid start for someone diving in for the first time.
