Good step order but missing a clear guide on database integration

Good step order but missing a clear guide on database integration

Going through the WFHI sign-up and training workflow felt pretty intuitive overall. The steps followed a sensible order, starting from the basic software setup, then moving on to the calling tools, and finally integrating the database feature. It made sense to get the dialer working right away before trying to organize client information. This logical progression helped avoid feeling overwhelmed early on. However, one thing I noticed was missing was a dedicated guide or tutorial focused specifically on how to integrate and use the database efficiently within a remote workflow. At some point, I had to ask support separately just to figure out the best way to manage contacts and workflow data with the system. Other than that, the onboarding experience felt conversational and easy to keep up with. I especially liked how the sales team patiently answered all my questions without rushing. All in all, I’m satisfied though I think more structured help on database use would have helped speed things up.
