I went into the WFHI training and onboarding expecting a smooth, mostly automated process. Turns out the initial setup took a solid amount of time, with one-off steps that felt pretty tedious and repetitive. Some parts, like connecting the calling tools and dialer, weren’t as user-friendly as they could be, so I had to spend extra effort just to get them working properly. On the other hand, once I crossed that hurdle, the ongoing updates and training modules helped me maintain the workflow more easily. The database feature also integrated decently with my routine, so that was a plus. However, the telephonic support while helpful sometimes felt like it was slightly slow in understanding my setup issues. Invoicing and payment went smoothly, so that part at least didn’t add to my frustrations. Overall, I appreciate that not everything was a struggle, but the initial time investment for setup was more than I expected, which made me wary of recommending the process to someone who needs quick onboarding. I guess knowing both the smooth parts and the clunky sections, I feel a bit mixed about how much effort this system demands from the start.
