Training lacked troubleshooting guidance

I tried to get started with WFHI's training, hoping it would smoothly introduce me to their remote workflow software. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. The onboarding process was confusing from the outset. When errors popped up during software setup, the training didn’t adequately address how to manage or resolve these issues. It felt like the modules were scripted without offering practical fallback steps or real-time problem solving. I expected some hands-on help or detailed guidance on handling failures, but instead it was repetitive videos that didn’t answer my questions. There was also very little interaction with trainers during sessions, so I had no chance to clarify things when things went wrong. Although I completed the first few steps, the training didn’t fully prepare me for live usage. The support options promised afterwards seemed too generic and did not include tailored help for the issues I faced. Beyond the training, the database and dialer functionalities remained unclear, and I felt unsupported. Overall, the experience left me frustrated as the process wasn’t designed to help those who encounter problems early on—it just moved forward assuming everything would work fine, which sadly was not my case.
