Didn’t click when I tried to figure out sales process myself
When I first engaged with WFHI, I expected the sales and pre-purchase phase to be more straightforward, but honestly, it didn’t click for me right away. I ended up having to work out a lot of aspects on my own, like how the software and training would actually help my workflow, which was frustrating. The information given upfront was somewhat sparse, so connecting the dots felt like a bit of a struggle. It looked like the sales team assumed I already understood certain details, but in reality, I had to keep going back and forth, trying to piece everything together. I understand that this is software with training, not a placement service, but clearer early communication would have helped me decide faster. Despite these challenges, I grudgingly admit that once I started getting the hang of the tools, some parts did work reasonably well. Still, that initial phase really took too much self-effort.
