Mostly straightforward steps, though one part felt a bit off
The sales process was pretty smooth overall and I felt the sequence was logical for most of it. Starting with sign-up, then explaining the training and software features made sense and helped me get a clear idea before committing. I did appreciate that invoicing was simple and I got the documents promptly. However, there was one moment during pre-purchase where the details about ongoing support options were presented a bit late for my taste. I wish that had been brought up earlier to avoid any confusion. Despite that, the process did the job and I didn't really feel lost at any point. It felt practical enough to guide me through what I needed without overloading me with information. So I’d say the parts leading up to the purchase stood out for being well organized, but the communication about post-purchase support could be improved to be more upfront and clear for newcomers.
