Simple to explain: setup mostly one-off, ongoing support steady
When I was looking at signing up, what I liked was that most of the setup activities were one-off – you just configure your account, dialer, and database once initially. The initial training was straightforward and didn't take too long, so I could start using the software without delays. Moving past that, the ongoing use mainly relies on regular updates and customer support, which are continuous but relatively low effort. I explained this to a friend saying that getting started is a concentrated task, but day-to-day you just keep running workflows with occasional need for help or updates. This made the product manageable for my time and involvement, as I’m not constantly in onboarding mode but have consistent improvements pushed automatically. The only reservation I had was that some of the billing setup steps took longer than expected, which slowed the start a bit. Otherwise, everything was quite clear and manageable.
