Getting started with WFHI didn’t happen as quickly as I thought it would. The sales and pre-purchase communication were polite and professional, but it took longer than I expected to get the basics up and running. The sign-up and onboarding involved multiple steps, including scheduling training and waiting through a few delays that weren’t clearly explained. I found the invoice and payment process straightforward enough, but the overall experience felt drawn out, partly due to waiting for access to software features like the dialer and database. The telephonic support was helpful when I called, but even that couldn’t speed things up much. The automatic updates occasionally caused small hiccups that needed some time to iron out. It wasn’t frustrating, but it wasn’t smooth either — more like a slow, steady climb rather than a quick takeoff. After some days of working through the learning curve, the platform did match its promised capabilities, but the early stretch was longer than anticipated. On reflection, it’s usable and fairly reliable now, but that initial phase definitely required patience from my side. I’d cautiously say the whole thing felt like a slow start rather than a quick or easy one.
