Suitable More for Tech-Savvy Users than Beginners
The onboarding and training process for the WFHI software promised a lot of support, but in reality, it felt more like a one-off setup than ongoing assistance. I found that after the initial sign-up and walkthrough, there was very little follow-up or hands-on guidance to help me adapt fully to the workflows over time. This might suit someone who is already fairly comfortable with remote working software architectures and able to troubleshoot independently. However, for someone newer to such tools, I felt a bit unsupported and often left to figure out details on my own. The training was warm in tone and well-intended, yet did not extend into practical, step-by-step coaching past the early stages. The dialer and calling components worked decently over the trial week, but had quirks that took trial and error to solve without live support. It's worth acknowledging that the database setup was explained clearly during onboarding, which helped me organize contacts and leads efficiently at first. Yet, ongoing changes or updates required personal learning rather than guided help. Invoicing and payments were straightforward enough, which was a positive and did not add to frustration during these early days. Overall, I think this setup suits people who are eager to self-learn and comfortable figuring things out, rather than those wanting constant hand-holding through all steps.
