Would tell a friend it’s well-timed for real work hours
Reflecting on the training and onboarding, I found that the sessions fit well with the hours I actually work. Since I usually operate in the evenings, the availability of recorded training materials helped me manage my schedule without much conflict. The live training did happen during fixed times, which weren't always convenient, but the recorded versions were a good fallback. Moreover, the onboarding flow was paced so that each new feature was introduced gradually, allowing me to absorb the material without feeling overwhelmed. I recall a week after starting, the dialer and database features started to click for me as I used them more regularly. Telephonic support was available during my active hours, though responses sometimes took a little while. When describing this to a friend, I'd say the timing is thoughtful but not perfect for everyone. It worked well enough for me in terms of fitting around my actual working hours and gave me some flexibility.
