Support was steady, mostly reliable
Over the course of using the WFHI software daily, the telephonic support was the main aspect that kept everything running smoothly. At first, I wasn’t sure if they’d be responsive enough to help when issues popped up during calls or database updates. But after a few interactions, it became clear that support was reliable, especially with priority assistance when I needed quicker answers. While the help was consistent, there was one moment when the delay in response made me a little anxious because the dialer was behaving oddly and I had an active workflow. Nevertheless, once the support agent got to my call, they guided me step-by-step to sort out the configuration issues. The billing and payment seemed routine and didn’t require their intervention. I also noticed how automatic updates often rolled out in the background without interrupting my workflow, which felt like a win. The training sessions prepped me sufficiently to handle daily software use, but the support's steady presence added confidence that problems wouldn’t linger. So while it didn’t always click instantly every time an issue came up, overall the support’s day-to-day consistency made me feel it was dependable and did the job I needed.
