not sure if i’d do this again after the support experience
My experience with telephonic support was not really what I hoped for. The team did answer my calls and tried to explain things, but I ended the discussions more confused than confident. Their instructions weren’t always clear, and some of the solutions they suggested didn’t seem to fix the problems I encountered while using the dialer and database. Even after multiple follow-ups, the responsiveness felt inconsistent, leaving me unsure if my concerns were fully understood. While the automatic updates did improve some aspects over time, overall I felt the support did not give me the assurance I was looking for. Given this, I’m hesitant to rely on their help in the future or recommend their support service as dependable.
