The one part they got right was the database integration
Honestly, I do not see myself needing to call support again next time I log into the software, and that's largely because the database feature worked smoothly from the start. Signing up was straightforward, and the invoicing and payment steps were clear enough for me to follow without confusion, which I appreciated. That said, the access process itself felt clunky and a bit underwhelming. Navigating the interface was often frustrating, with some features taking too long to load or behaving unpredictably. Automatic updates sometimes caused more confusion than improvement, as I wasn’t always sure what changes had happened or how to adapt to them. The calling tools and dialer did not perform consistently, which added to my hesitation about fully committing. So while the database integration was a bright spot that gave me a little reassurance, the rest of the software and access process left me uncertain and less likely to need their support again, simply because I don’t expect to use it much moving forward.
