Expectations were simple, explanations mostly clear
Initially, I was expecting a more complex setup given the features they offer, but the software actually made the access and basic navigation easier than I thought it would be. The step-by-step instructions were mostly clear, though occasionally I had to reread some tooltips to fully get what a certain button or option does. I found that the automatic updates kept everything current without my needing to intervene much, which was a relief. One small downside was that some terms in the dashboard could be explained a bit better, maybe with examples. Still, overall, the experience was definitely better than my fairly modest expectations. I didn't feel lost or overwhelmed, which I thought might happen given the software's scope. So while it’s not spot-on perfect in terms of clarity, I would say WFHI’s approach is largely effective and accessible for most users.
