So it's a bit of a mixed bag, honestly

When I first encountered an access issue right at the start, the system handled it fairly smoothly by prompting me to reset my credentials, which I appreciated because it didn't keep me stuck. However, later on, when some sync errors happened out of nowhere, it got confusing with vague error codes and no clear way to fix it directly from the software. I tried following the help prompts but ended up jumping between several pages without really finding a solution, which was frustrating. On the other hand, their automatic updates seemed to help stabilize things after a few rounds, so the bugs got patched reasonably quickly. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward and transparent with clear invoices sent via email, making that part fuss-free. But I did expect a bit more guidance or fallback options for troubleshooting the technical hiccups. Overall, I'd say you get good basics with moments of confusion that make you wish the platform was a bit more intuitive when things go wrong. It’s helpful up to a point but does leave a bit to be desired when unexpected errors come up, especially if you're relying on it daily. The support team was reachable on the phone which did help clear a couple of issues, although the wait times were not always consistent. So, while you can get it running and mostly stable, it’s worth keeping patience handy for some trial and error on the way.
