Took more effort than expected to feel certain
At first, I was hopeful about WFHI’s offering because the sign-up process was straightforward and their software looked promising with features like the database and calling tools. The automatic updates feature seemed reliable. However, as I progressed, I found myself needing to spend more time figuring out the software than I expected. The training did a reasonable job, but the onboarding flow was slower and not as clear for me as I would have liked. While telephonic support was available, I didn’t always feel fully confident by the end of conversations. The payment and invoicing were probably the easiest part, and those ran smoothly at least. Overall, I appreciate some of the good features, but it took extra effort to get comfortable, so I remain only moderately confident in the system. I think with a bit more polish, it could feel much more reassuring for users getting started.
