The sequence of steps never fully clicked with me
When I first looked into WFHI's sales and pre-purchase support, I noticed that the order of steps before I could even begin with the software felt a bit jumbled. It started with signing up, which went smoothly. But then, I was directed towards training sessions before I had full access to all the software functionalities. This approach meant some disjointed moments as I was learning about tools that I could not fully explore yet. Following that, the invoicing process came, and it seemed normal, but it was slightly confusing because I was getting payments reminders before completing key onboarding steps. There wasn’t a clear one-stop location where I could track all my progress alongside transaction statuses, leading to some back and forth with support. I enjoyed the telephonic conversations, but it felt like I had to repeat explanations multiple times. Finally, as I moved toward regular software use, I wished the initial sequence had been more linear so that each part built more logically on the one before it. In retrospect, the sales process seemed more like a checklist of unrelated stages rather than a smooth, connected journey. There was a moment I thought it might click when I got the hang of the basics, but honestly, that moment never fully materialized for me.
