Surprised by the extent of self-driven setup
I found myself quite surprised at how much of the setup and troubleshooting I had to figure out independently rather than relying on telephonic support. While the support team is reachable and courteous on the phone, their guidance often lacked the detailed, step-by-step help I expected, which led me to rely heavily on trial and error and the documentation provided. The software itself is comprehensive, especially the calling tools and database integration, but it isn’t entirely intuitive for newcomers without prior experience in remote workflows. Onboarding and training materials were helpful but left some aspects vague enough that a more proactive support role would have improved my overall experience. Nonetheless, the automatic updates were applied smoothly without requiring my intervention, which was a tangible benefit. I appreciated the clear invoicing and payment processes, which proceeded without issue. Overall, while I had to work out a fair amount on my own, this did give me a deeper understanding of the system’s capabilities, though I wish the support had been more hands-on during initial use.
