I might try setup again, though it's tiring to explain
The onboarding process involved a fair bit of setup that felt like a one-time deal, but some aspects required ongoing effort which I hadn’t anticipated. During initial setup, I had to explain the specifics of remote workflows and database needs several times over calls, which was exhausting because I think I was repeating myself to different support agents. The telephonic support was polite but sometimes delayed, and follow-ups were necessary to clarify things. Once the system was set up, daily use felt more stable, though I suspect some features require continuous adjustment that might call for more support. If I decide to use it again, I'd be prepared for the initial heavy lifting plus maintenance calls, though I do wonder if the amount of support expected is sustainable for me personally. It’s a mixed feeling because setup mostly works but maintaining smooth operations may need more effort than I’m willing to invest again.
