I was surprised how glitches were handled, but not always well
I went through the training and frankly, I expected a smoother process when things went wrong. The software had a few hiccups with the dialer during calls which interrupted my workflow. On one occasion, the database feature didn’t sync correctly, and the automatic updates seemed to cause more confusion than help. Support was contactable but felt slow to respond to the issues, leaving me stuck for a while each time. The training didn’t cover these glitches enough so I had to figure out some fixes myself. I’m a bit weary now since I thought these things might be better supported, but it seems they are just thrown in as an afterthought. Handling problems should be a more solid part of the onboarding and training, instead of something you discover by trial. I didn’t expect the kind of issues I faced and the patchy guidance surprised me. In the future, a more thorough approach to error scenarios would be a real improvement to avoid frustration during remote workflows.
